• Remote Locations: 5–10 business days.
• Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and courier service.

Shipping Charges

• Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹499.
• A nominal shipping fee may apply to orders below the free shipping threshold.
• Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS containing your tracking number and courier details. You can use the tracking link to monitor your shipment in real time.

Delivery

• Please ensure that the shipping address and contact number provided are accurate.
• BECO is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses or unavailable recipients.
• If delivery attempts fail due to customer unavailability, additional delivery charges may apply for re-delivery.

Damaged or Missing Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number
• Photos of the product and packaging
• A brief description of the issue

We will investigate and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
